Getting Ready for Your Appointment
Whether it’s at Medical City or Sunbridge, we hope you’re looking forward to your appointment with our Lake Nona Dental Group team! You probably have a few questions before your appointment, and we’re more than happy to answer them; please call us if there’s anything that you want to know. This page covers some of the basics that you should know if you’ve already scheduled a visit or have been thinking of making an appointment.
Your First Dental Visit
We will begin your first visit by warmly greeting you at our front desk and confirming that you’ve completed the necessary online forms. Feel free to ask our team members if you have any questions. Once your checkup begins, we’ll discuss any concerns you might have regarding your dental health, and we’ll take note of anything in your mouth that could point to a potential problem. We’ll then develop a personalized plan for your ongoing dental care.

Dental Insurance Welcome
We are happy to file all PPO policies on your behalf to help maximize your insurance benefits. Give us a call to learn how we can customize a plan for you.
You may consider third-party financing if you would have difficulty paying for a given treatment in full up front. Both CareCredit and LendingClub allow you to select a payment plan that breaks up the cost into a number of monthly installments that you can pay back with little (if any) interest. With the links below, you can apply for a third-party financing plan right now. If you’re not sure which is right for you, you can always reach out to our dental office to discuss your options.
In-House Membership Plan
Individuals and families without insurance can sign up for our In-house membership plan. Each plan includes regular routine cleanings and other preventive services as well as discounts for other treatments. We offer adult and child plans as well as periodontal maintenance plans for those currently suffering from gum disease.
